PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Brief: To design a sales gallery for a leading real estate developer from India to exhibit their various developments and broadening their reach internationally.

Concept: The sales gallery is situated in the posh downtown overlooking the famous Burj Khalifa. The interior concept boasts of this contemporary living by capturing form, geometry, pattern and shapes to create an environment that is fashionable. Warm dark browns and grey colors in form of hard and soft materials embrace the viewer as they appreciate the morphing shapes available from the oblique planning.

Outcome: An avant-garde space with folding shapes and forms that create opportunities and questions, cleverly separating the sales lobby from the meeting rooms. As the guest navigate in to the private meeting rooms and executive offices, set aside to open the great views of downtown, they will appreciate the space that is designed to inspire and make one feel they are leading others in style resulting in an edge for the consummate, refined and creative.
