PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Brief: To design a formal dining restaurant exhibiting the Indian culture during the British Raj period.

Concept: Gymkhana is meant to express an ode to a special era where a fusion of cultures and textures tell the story of our space. With grasping the authentic British Culture, Punkahs, Chai pots, memorabilia and patterns in the space awaken the senses & brings back the essence of the original & unique in the exceptional Anglo Indian Fusion.

Outcome: Dining in a space that takes you back into the British Raj period where Authentic Indian dishes are served, whilst being surrounded by a British Colonial ambience.
